PODERE POGGIO VELLUTO Le case in pietra della campagna toscana sono i castelli dei nostri tempi. In particolare il Podere Poggio Velluto conquista il cuore in tempesta. Paradiso di Giuliano Per una bellissima scalinata, adombrata da una pergola, pavimentata con pietre locali, si raggiunge una grossa cucina abitabile il cui centro è il meraviglioso camino. Tutto è decorato con le varie sfumature del blu. Come ovunque qui a Poggio Velluto, che del resto vuol dire proprio questo, l'attenzione è per l'armonia e la dolcezza. Le stanze sono così ripartite: 2 camere con bagno, due camere con ciascuna 2 letti separati, un bagno con doccia e un salotto intimo e piccolo con una vista pittoresca ed una luce tenue. Da qui si raggiunge la terrazza circondata di fiori per poter sognare. Una camera con bagno è predisposta anche per chi deve muoversi con la sedia a rotelle. Tutti e due gli appartamenti sono uniti da una scala. Se arrivassero due famiglie amiche o dovesse tenersi un corso di cucina o pittura, basterà aprire la porta di comunicazione dell'ingresso. Sul cortile si trova ancora il vecchio forno e sembra di poter respirare ancora il profumo del pane appena cotto. Poco al di sotto si trova la tipica cucina del sud estiva, una giusta soluzione per i giorni d'estate. Una vacanza qui è un viaggio verso l'armonia.

This unique building is set in a dream park. From the swimming pool, which is an a high ground, you can enjoy the most beautiful view on olive groves, vineyards and thickets. The house has got two flats, totaling 300sqm.

Paradiso di Giuliano Walking up a beautiful external staircase, paved with local stones and under a shadowy pergola, you get to a large kitchen which has a beautiful fireplace. The room is decorated with all the shades of blue. At Poggio Velluto, everything is in perfect harmony with the place, and details are very important. The flat has got two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a small, intimate living room with a picturesque view from its terrace which, surrounded by flowers, is the perfect place to dream. There is also a bedroom and a bathroom for disabled people. The two flats are connected by a staircase which could be very useful in case the two flats should be rented by two families of friends, or in case there should be cooking or painting classes. It would be enough to open the connecting door. In the courtyard there is still an old oven, and you can still smell freshly baked bread!! Not far away, there is a typical summer kitchen which can be very helpful in the hot summer months.

 PODERE POGGIO VELLUTO Die ländlichen Natursteinhäuser der Toskana sind die Schlösser der heutigen Zeit. Besonders das Podere Poggio Velluto erobert die Herzen im Sturm. Hier nimmt uns vieles gefangen: Die facettenreiche Schönheit der Landschaft, der ganz eigene Charakter der Räume, die vollkommene Einheit zwischen innen und außen, Schönheit und Harmonie in jedem Detail. Wenn Sie hier ankommen, wird es sein wie "heimkommen". Das wunderschöne Anwesen, aus Natursteinen erbaut, liegt inmitten eines traumhaften Grundstückes. Vom hochgelegenen, harmonisch in die Landschaft eingefügten Schwimmbad, eröffnet sich ein weites Panorama über Olivenhaine, Weingärten und Waldflecken, dazwischen das Castello Pontentino und eine Handvoll Häuser des nahen Dorfes Seggiano. Das Haus hat zwei getrennte Wohnbereiche mit insgesamt 300 m² Wohnfläche. Durch die Hanglage wird jeder ebenerdig vom Garten her betreten.

Paradiso di Giuliano Über eine reizvolle Terrasse, beschattet von einer Pergola, gepflastert mit Feldsteinen, betritt man zuerst eine große überaus gemütliche Wohnküche, deren Mittelpunkt der große wunderschöne Kamin ist. Alles ist hier in freundlichen Blautönen gehalten. Wie überall im Podere Poggio Velluto - was übrigens übersetzt "Landhaus auf dem samtigen Hügel" heißt - achtet man beim Arrangement auf farbige Harmonie. Die Räume sind folgendermaßen aufgeteilt: 2 Schlafzimmer mit Bad, zwei Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten, 1 Duschbad und ein intimer, kleiner Salon mit einer malerischen Aussicht und dem weichen Licht, als eine einzige, großartige Kulisse. Von hier kommt man auf eine von Blumen umgebene und lichtüberflutete Balkonterrasse - ein Platz zum Träumen. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad ist rollstuhlgerecht.

Beide Wohnungen verbindet eine Treppe. Wenn befreundete Familien anreisen oder sich hier einmal ein Mal - oder Kochkurs trifft, so kann die Türe bzw. der Durchgang geöffnet werden. Auf der Hofseite steht das alte Backhaus mit Backofen und man glaubt fast, den süßen Duft frisch gebackenen Brotes zu atmen. Etwas unterhalb liegt die für den Süden typische Sommerküche, eine feine Sache an heißen Sommertagen. So hat hier vieles seit jeher seinen festen Platz, der Backofen ebenso wie die Freiluftküche und hinzugefügt wurde der Pool, die bequemen Sonnenliegen, die schattigen Autoabstellplätze... alles gestaltet als perfektes Ambiente für ein großartiges Urlaubserlebnis. Ein Urlaub im Podere Poggio Velluto ist etwas ganz besonderes - eine Reise in die Harmonie.
