Sulle pendici delle colline di Cortona (Castiglion Fiorentino 9 km, Arezzo 25 km, Castiglion del Lago 22 km, Perugia 50 Km, Siena 70 km) sorgono tre dépendance finite di ristrutturare a fine Aprile 2008. Da ogni dependance si gode una bellissima vista di Cortona. Si accede alla proprietà per mezzo di un cancello elettrico. La prima struttura che incontriamo è “Il Gelsomino”. Proseguendo con l’auto per raggiungere il parcheggio troviamo sulla sinistra “Il Girasole”. La terza dependance “Il Mandorlo” si trova più a destra in basso. Il terreno su cui sorgono le strutture è terrazzato, dunque “Il Gelsomino” ed “Il Girasole” si trovano sopra rispetto alla zona piscina ed alla zona dove sorge “Il Mandorlo”.
Le parte più grande del fabbricato ove sorge “Il Gelsomino” è adibita ad abitazione dei proprietari i quali sono molto rispettosi della privacy dei loro clienti, ma sempre disponibili e sorridenti nei loro confronti.
La piscina che misura 11x5 metri e la cui profondità varia da 1,2 a 1,4 metri, è ubicata in mezzo agli olivi ed offre una vista da sogno sulla città di Cortona.
Passiamo adesso a descrivere le tre abitazioni.

Gelsomino 2p. Come già accennato è l’app.to che incontriamo per primo entrando nella proprietà. E’ ideale per una coppia. E’ composto da un soggiorno con angolo cottura (piccolo forno elettrico, frigorifero ed acquaio), da un bagno con doccia e da una camera matrimoniale.

Girasole 4+1p. Offre più privacy rispetto al primo e dispone di una piccola aiuola con piante e fiori mediterranei. Un gazebo offre la possibilità di far colazione all’aperto e, la sera, di sorseggiare un ottimo bicchiere di vino toscano a lume di candela contemplando la vista della città. Si compone di soggiorno (frigorifero con congelatore, forno, fornelli, acquaio e lavastoviglie), due camere matrimoniali e due bagni (di cui uno all’interno di una delle due camere). Su richiesta e pagando €50,00 Euro/settimana, è possibile aggiungere un letto singolo in una delle due camere.

Mandorlo 2/4p. E’ la dependance che offre maggior privacy. Circondata da mandorli, dispone di un porticato, soggiorno con angolo cottura (forno elettrico, fornelli, frigo), camino, camera matrimoniale e divano letto matrimoniale in soggiorno. Il divano letto può essere usato pagando €50,00/settimana a persona.

Ciascuna dependance è munita di Tv con ricevitore satellitare; un cane di piccola taglia è ben accetto in ciascun appartamento; gli ospiti possono usufruire del servizio wi-fi; a disposizione dei clienti vi è anche una lavatrice da utilizzare in comune.

OLIVETO On the Cortona hillside there are  three annexes whose refurbishing was completed at the end of April 2008. Each annex has a beautiful view over the town of Cortona. You enter the property through an electric gate. The first building you meet is called “Il Gelsomino”. If you drive on towards the parking area you will find “Il Girasole” on the left. The third annex, “Il Mandorlo”, is a little further on, the right, and a bit downhill. The area where the buildings are located is terraced, therefore “Il Gelsomino” and “Il Girasole” are above the swimming pool area and “Il Mandorlo”.
The largest part of the building which includes “The Gelsomino” is the owners’ house. They are very respectful of the guests’ privacy but always very friendly and helpful with them.
The pool (which is 11x5m and whose depth varies from 1,2 to 1,4 m) is  surrounded by olive trees and has a dream view over the town of Cortona.

Gelsomino (2 people) As we have already said, this the first annexe we meet when we enter the property. It is ideal for a couple. It has a living room with a cooking area (a small electric oven, a fridge and a sink), a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom.

Girasole (4+1 people) This annexe has more privacy than “Il Gelsomino” and has a flower bed with flowers and Mediterranean plants.  There is also a gazebo, where people can have breakfast in the open air or sip a glass of good Tuscan wine, in the candlelight, while enjoying the view over Cortona.  It has a living room (a fridge with a freezer, an oven, a sink and a dishwasher), two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which is inside one of the bedrooms). On request, and by paying 50 € a week, an extra bed can be put in one of the two bedrooms.

Mandorlo (2/4 people) This is the annexe which offers the best privacy. It is surrounded by almond trees and has a porch, a living room with a cooking area (with an electric oven, a cooker and a fridge) and a fireplace. It has also a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room.
The sofa bed can to be used paying €50,00/person per week.

All annexes have Sat TV. A small dog is welcome in each flat. Guests can use a Wi-Fi service and a washing machine.
We are positive that if you spend your holidays here you will decide to come back next year as well.

 L’OLIVETO Am Hang eines Hügels von Cortona befinden sich drei Nebengebäude, deren Renovierung  Ende April 2008 abgeschlossen wurde. Aus jedem Nebengebäude genießt man einen wunderschönen Blick von Cortona. Durch ein elektrisches Tor gelingt man in den Besitz. Das erste Nebengebäude, das man trifft, ist „Il Gelsomino“. Wenn man weiter mit dem Auto Richtung Parkplatz fährt, findet man auf der linken Seite „Il Girasole“. Das dritte Nebengebäude „Il Mandorlo“ liegt weiter rechts unten. Das Gründstück, auf dem die 3 Strukturen sind, ist terrassiert, daher liegen „Il Gelsomino“ und „Il Girasole“ oberhalb des Pools und der Wohnung „Il Mandorlo“.  Das größte Teil des Gebäudes, in dem  „Il Gelsomino“ sich befindet, ist von den Besitzern bewohnt. Die Besitzer haben viel Respekt für die Privatsphäre der Gäste und stets hilfsbereit für sie.
Der Pool  (11x5 m; Tiefe  1,2 bis 1,4 m) ist umgeben von Olivenbäumen und bietet einen herrlichen Blick über die Stadt Cortona.
Beschreiben wir jetzt die Wohnungen:

Gelsomino 2p. Wie schon erwähnt, handelt es sich um die erste Wohnung, die man trifft, wenn man in den Besitz rein kommt. Sie ist ideal für ein Paar. Sie besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke (klein elektrischer Ofen, Kühlschrank und Spüle), einem Bad mit Dusche und einem Doppelbettzimmer.

Girasole 4+1p. Sie bietet mehr Privatsphäre als Gelsomino und verfügt über ein kleines Beet mit mittelländischen Pflanzen und Blumen. Unter  einem  Pavillon kann man frühstücken und am Abend bei Kerzenlicht einen guten toskanischen Wein genießen. Sie besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke (Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Ofen, Herd, Spüle und Spülmaschine), zwei Doppelbettzimmer und zwei Bäder (eines befindet sich in einem der Schlafzimmer). Auf Anfrage und gegen einen Zuschlag  von 50€/Woche ist es möglich ein Zusatzbett in einem der Schlafzimmer zu zustellen.

Mandorlo 2/4p. Sie bietet die meiste Privatsphäre von allen. Sie ist von Mandelbäumen umgeben und verfügt über eine überdachte Terrasse, ein Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke (elektrischer Ofen, Herd und Kühlschrank), Kamin, ein Doppelbettzimmer und ein Doppelbettsofa im Wohnzimmer, das gegen einen Zuschlag von 50€/Woche/Person zur Verfügung steht.

Jedes Nebengebäude verfügt über einen Sat-TV. Ein kleiner Hund ist erlaubt in jeder Wohnung; die Gäste können das Service wi-fi anwenden. Eine Waschmaschine steht zu Verfügung der Gäste.
