 Mare – mare – mare. Queste sono le parole per descrivere questa casa ubicata a Talamone a soli 30 metri dal mare.
Per chi non conosce ancora questo piccolo paese di mare, è doveroso far presente che è il paese dove Garibaldi sbarcò il 7 Maggio del 1860 per imbarcare le armi necessarie a proseguire la sua spedizione per unire l’Italia Meridionale al Regno d’Italia. Per 2 giorni Garibaldi soggiornò proprio in questa casa… Dunque “La Marina” ha anche una sua importanza storico-culturale.
A Talamone ha una casa anche Trapattoni, uno dei più famosi allenatori della nazionale di calcio italiana: chissà che passeggiando per la città non lo incontriate….
Inoltre, nell’Aprile 2008, di fronte al golfo dove si affaccia “La Marina” è stata girata una sequenza del film di 007 “Quantum of Solace”.
Come forse alcuni già sanno a Talamone, durante i mesi estivi, viene vietato il traffico ai non residenti ma la proprietaria chiederà un’autorizzazione per ogni suo cliente. Questo vi permetterà non solo di raggiungere la casa in auto ma di poterla posteggiare in Via dei Mille (a circa 30mt dalla casa) per l’intero vostro soggiorno.
“La Marina” è la giusta abitazione per chi decide di trascorrere una vacanza nell’insegna della tranquillità e del mare: a soli circa 20 mt dalla casa si accede, per mezzo di una scalinata, al mare sottostante. Qui gli appassionati di snorkeling non potranno annoiarsi…
L’ingresso della casa si affaccia sulla piazza dedicata a Garibaldi dove si trova anche la chiesa che con il suo campanile scandisce le ore e le “mezze” (così si definiscono gli intervalli dei 30 minuti). State tranquilli: dalle 20.30 della sera fino alle 8.00 della mattina ciò non accade.
Una volta aperta la porta d’ingresso vi troverete su un corridoio che conduce al soggiorno. La prima porta a sinistra conduce alla camera matrimoniale munita anche di un letto singolo. La seconda porta a sinistra conduce alla seconda camera matrimoniale caratterizzata da una finestrella che si affaccia sul soggiorno. L’unica porta a destra del corridoio conduce al bagno munito di vasca-doccia; all’interno vi è anche una lavatrice.
Il soggiorno (munito di una divano letto matrimoniale) è spazioso, luminoso, arredato con gusto e caratterizzato da un’intera parete che possiamo definire “storica” in quanto vi sono appese vecchie foto in bianco e nero di come si presentava Talamone fino a 100-150 anni fa.
Due archi separano il soggiorno dall’angolo cottura (con lavastoviglie) e permettono agli ospiti di godere di una magnifica vista sul mare.
Siamo sicuri che una vostra vacanza in “La Marina” sarà indimenticabile.

 LA MARINA Sea – sea – sea…….these are the only words to describe this house, in Talamone, which is only 30 m from the sea.
As everybody knows, Garibaldi landed in this small town on the sea on 7 May 1860 to get the necessary weapons to proceed with his expedition meant to reunite South Italy to the Italian Kingdom. He stayed in this house for two days! Therefore, “La Marina” has its own historical importance as well.
Mr Trapattoni (the famous footballer and one of the most important Italian football coaches), has also a house in this small town. You may bump into him while having a walk…who knows?
Besides, in April 2008, in front of the gulf, where “La Marina” overlooks, they shot a scene of the 007 film “Quantum of Solace”.
As you probably know, in summer, traffic is forbidden to non residents in Talamone. The owner, anyway, is going to ask for a car permit for all her guests. This will allow you not only to get to the house by car, but also to park it In Via dei Mille (about 30m from the house itself) during your whole stay.
“La Marina” is the right house for people who want to spend a holiday at the seaside and in a quiet place : you can get to the beach by walking down a flight of steps which is only 20 m from the house). People who love snorkelling will never get bored there….
The house entrance is in Garibaldi Square, together with the church with a spire bell which punctuates the hours and the “half” hours (or intervals of thirty minutes), but relax, as from 20,30 to 08,30 the bell is quiet!
As soon as you open the entrance door, you will find yourselves in a corridor leading to the living room. The first door on the left is the first double bedroom door. In this room there is also a single bed. The next door on the left is the second double bedroom door. This bedroom has a small window which opens into the living room. The only door on the right is the bathroom door. The bathroom has a tub-shower and a washing machine.
The living room, which has a double sofa bed, is large, well lit, well furnished and characterised by a wall which we could call “historic”, as there are old black and white photos of Talamone, hanging on it, showing what the small town looked like until 100-150 years ago.
Two arches separate the cooking area (with a dishwasher) from the rest of the living room. They allow the guests to have a beautiful view over the sea.
We are sure that a holiday at “La Marina” will be unforgettable.

 LA MARINA Meer – Meer – Meer mit diesen Wörtern kann man dieses Haus beschreiben, das in Talamone nur 30 m vom Meer entfernt liegt.
Am 7 Mai 1860 schiffte Garibaldi in diesem kleinen Fischerdorf aus, um die Waffen für seine Spedition „ die Einigung Italiens“ einzuschiffen. Für zwei Tage wohnte genau in diesem Haus, daher hat „La Marina „ auch einen historischen und kulturellen Wert.
In Talamone besitzt ein Haus auch der berühmte Fußballtrainer „Trapattoni“: Vielleicht werden Sie ihn beim Spazierengehen treffen…
Im April 2008 wurde vor dem Golf, wo „La Marina“ liegt, eine Szene des Films 007 „Quantum of Solace“ gedreht.
In Talamone wird der Autoverkehr während des Sommers für die nicht Anrainer verboten, die Besitzerin wird für jede Kunde nach einem Verkehrserlaubnis fragen: so dass der Kunde mit dem Auto bis zum Haus fahren und in der Straße „Via dei Mille“ für den ganzen Aufenthalt (ca 30 m vom Haus entfernt) parken können.
„La Marina“ ist ideal für diejenigen, die an der Suche nach einem Urlaub im Zeichen der Ruhe und des Meeres sind: Über eine Treppe, die nur 20 m vom Haus entfernt liegt, gelangt man ans Meer. Hier werden sicherlich die Schnorchler keine Langweile haben..
Der Hauseingang blickt auf den Garibaldi Platz, wo auch die Kirche mit ihrem Kirchturm liegt. Die Glocken läuten zu jeder halben und vollen Stunde, aber keine Angst von 20:30 bis 8:30 läuten sie nicht. Beim Eintreten im Haus findet man eine Flur, die ins Wohnzimmer führt. Die erste Tür links führt in ein Doppelbettzimmer mit einem extra Einzelbett, die zweite Tür links in das zweite Doppelbettzimmer, das ein kleines Fenster mit Blick ins Wohnzimmer hat. Die einzige Tür rechts führt ins Bad mit Duschwanne und Waschmaschine. Das Wohnzimmer (mit einem Doppelbettsofa) ist geräumig, hell und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Auf einer „historischen“ Wand hängen Fotos von Talamone vor 100-150 Jahren. Zwei Bogen trennen das Wohnzimmer von der Kochecke (mit Spülmaschine) und erstatten einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer.
Wir sind sicher, dass Euer Urlaub in „La Marina“ unvergesslich bleiben wird.
