Questa tipica abitazione in stile toscano è stata ristrutturata con cura e passione dalla Sig.ra Nuccia e da suo marito alcuni anni fa, quando entrambi decisero di abbandonare la città di Milano in cerca di un luogo tranquillo dove trasferirsi per sempre.
Parte della struttura è riservata alla proprietaria e l’altra parte è riservata agli ospiti i quali hanno anche un posto auto riservato. L’appartamento ha tre ingressi: uno dalla cucina, il secondo dal salotto ed il terzo per mezzo di una scala in pietra esterna che conduce alla camera matrimoniale posta al primo piano.
Il panorama che si gode da questa abitazione è superbo: lo sguardo va dal paese di Civitella Marittima alle colline sottostanti della Maremma.
L’appartamento si sviluppa su due piani: a piano terra troviamo il salotto con due divani letti singoli, cucina attrezzata e bagno con vasca; al primo piano, accessibile anche dall’interno della cucina per mezzo di scala in legno, troviamo una camera matrimoniale con una porta-finestra. Stando sdraiati sul letto si ha una stupenda vista sulla campagna e gli oliveti circostanti.
Una grande pianta di noce offre la possibilità di stare seduti all’ombra durante i mesi estivi. La proprietaria accetta animali ma si fa presente che la Sig.ra Nuccia possiede dei gatti ed un cane.
L’arredamento è molto semplice ma funzionale. E’ veramente l’ideale per una coppia con un bambino.
Nel 1997 “La Farniola” fu scelta per girare alcune scene del film “Hunger – sehnsucht nach liebe” del regista Dana Vávrová.

LA FARNIOLA This typical Etruscan style home was carefully and lovingly refurbished some years ago  by Mrs Nuccia and her husband when they both decided to leave Milan in search of a quiet place where they could settle.
Part of this home is Mrs Nuccia’s flat, the other flat is to be let to tourists who can also have a parking area of their own. You get into the flat from three different entrances : one from the kitchen, one from the living room and one by means of an internal stone staircase leading to the first floor double room.
This flat has a superb view over the small town of Civitella Marittima and the Tuscan hills below.
The flat has two floors. The living room ( with two single sofa beds), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower are on the ground floor. On the second floor, that can be reached from the kitchen by means of a wooden staircase, there is a double bedroom with a French window. While lying on the bed, one can enjoy a beautiful view over the countryside and the surrounding olive groves.
A big walnut tree allows guests to sit in the shade in summer. Pets are welcome by the owner Mrs Nuccia, who has her own cats and a dog.
The flat is functionally but simply furnished and is ideal for a couple with a child.
In 1997 “La Farniola” was the location for some scenes of the movie “Hunger – sehnsucht nach liebe” by director Dana Vávrová.

 LA FARNIOLA Vor einigen Jahren entschlossen sich Herr und Frau Nuccia der Stadt Mailand den Rücken zu kehren und für immer aufs Land zu ziehen.
Sie fanden dieses typische, sehr ruhige, toskanische Haus, das sie mit viel Liebe und Leidenschaft renovierten. In einem Teil des Hauses wohnen die Besitzer und der andere Teil wurde für Gäste ausgebaut.
Es hat auch einen Parkplatz. Die Wohnung hat drei Eingänge. Einen von der Küche aus, den Zweiten vom Wohnzimmer her und der Dritte führt über eine Steintreppe in den ersten Stock in ein Doppelschlafzimmer.
Von hier hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Dorf Civitella Marittima bis zu den umliegenden Hügeln der Maremma.
Diese Wohnung ist eine Maisonette. Im Parterre finden Sie zwei einzelne Sofabetten, eine gut eingerichtete Küchenzeile und ein Bad. Im ersten Stock, der auch durch eine interne Holztreppe erreichbar ist, finden Sie ein Doppelschlafzimmer mit einer Fenstertür. Im Bett liegend haben Sie eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Land mit umliegenden Olivenbäumen.
Während den Sommermonaten spendet ein Nussbaum  Schatten auf den darunterliegenden Sitzplatz.
Tiere sind erlaubt, doch merken Sie sich bitte, dass Frau Nuccia selbst einen Hund und Katzen hat.
Die Einrichtung ist einfach doch sehr praktisch.  Ideal auch für ein Paar mit Kind.
