 „La Chicca” significa „la caramella“ e questa graziosa struttura è veramente qualcosa di particolare e di fine.
Davanti all’appartamento c’è un grande cipresso con sotto mobili da giardino, ideale per la colazione. Da qui si entra nel soggiorno dov’è presente il camino, la TV satellitare ed un angolo cottura.
Accanto alla cucina c’è un salotto con un divano letto singolo ed il vecchio banco di scuola del proprietario il quale lo acquistò quando la scuola del paese fu chiusa.
Dal soggiorno si accede ad un piccolo balcone: la casa, infatti, giace su un dislivello ed è accessibile dal piano terra, ma dal lato opposto dell’ingresso è come se ci si trovasse al primo piano.
A destra del soggiorno ci sono due camere da letto matrimoniali ed un piccolo bagno con doccia (ma senza cabina).
Tutto è veramente molto bello e arredato in modo personale. Anche il giardino è un vero paradiso dove troviamo gigantesche agavi, fiori e una graziosa pergola: un posto da sogno.
La Chicca occupa una porzione di un fabbricato costituito complessivamente da 3 appartamenti. Negli altri due non risiede quasi mai nessuno. Ogni tanto gli altri due proprietari vengono a trascorrerci qualche giorno ma il più delle volte sarete soli.
Se decidete di venire in vacanza con degli amici e venissero prenotate contemporaneamente La Chicca ed entrambe le abitazioni ubicate in Az. Sforzi (distante solamente 400mt da La Chicca), potreste anche voi utilizzare la piscina qui presente. |
 This pretty flat which is really special and stylish means “toffee”. There is a big cypress, in front of it, with some garden furniture under its shadow. This area is ideal if you want to have breakfast outside. From there, you can get into the living room, where there is a fireplace, Sat TV and a cooking area. There is a sitting room, next to the cooking area, with a single sofa bed and an old school desk that the owner bought when the village school was closed down.
The living room has a small balcony : the house, as a matter of fact, is located on a slope and can be entered from the ground floor, but, the side opposite the main entrance, is like a first floor.
To the right of the living room, there are two double bedrooms and a small bathroom with a shower (but without a cubicle).
The flat is really beautiful and originally furnished. The garden is a real Eden with gigantic agaves, flowers and a pretty pergola . a dream place indeed!
“La Chicca” is in a building with two more flats. The other two flats are not usually rented. They are sometimes used by the other two owners who sometimes come and spend some days there, but you will be alone most of the time.
If you decide to come with some friends and book “La Chicca” and both flats in Az. Sforzi (which is only 400 m away from “La Chicca”) you will be able to use the swimming pool ofAz. Sforzi. |
 La Chicca heißt „das Bonbon“ und dieses reizende Feriendomizil ist wirklich ein Bonbon, also was Feines.
Vor der Wohnung ist eine große Zypresse und unten sind Gartenmöbeln, ein idealer Platz zum Frühstücken. Von dort geht es in den gemütlichen Wohnraum mit offenem Kamin, SAT-TV und Kochnische. Daneben ist ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Einzelbettsofa und der alten Schulbank des Besitzers. Er konnte sie erwerben, als die Dorfschule geschlossen wurde. Vom Wohnraum kommt man auf einen kleinen Balkon, denn das Haus liegt am Hang und ist zwar ebenerdig zu begehen, auf der anderen Seite liegt diese Wohnung aber im Obergeschoss. Rechts geht es in die zwei Doppelbettzimmer und ins Duschbad (ohne Duschkabine). Alles ist wirklich sehr schön und individuell eingerichtet. Auch der Garten ist ein wahres Paradies mit riesigen Agaven, Blumen und einem reizenden, total eingewachsenen
Pavillon - ein Platz für Träume. La Chicca liegt in einer Struktur mit insgesamt 3 Wohnungen, die fast nie bewohnt sind. Ab und zu verbringen die Besitzer ein paar Tage hier, die meiste Zeit werden Sie allein sein.
