La parola "cherzo" in lingua sarda significa "desiderio, voglia". Forse questo luogo suscitava nel proprietario la voglia, il desiderio di pace e tranquillità. Se anche questo è il vostro desiderio, venite a trascorrere qui le vostre vacanze: non ve ne pentirete. L'azienda agricola di Velio si trova a solo 1,5 km dal famoso Castello di Porrona; i negozi, il bar, i ristoranti e la farmacia si trovano nel paese di Cinigiano: a soli 5 km. Poi in un raggio di 45 km potrete raggiungere altri posti come Siena, Montalcino ed il mare. Velio e sua moglie amano molto questo luogo ed ogni anno cercano di migliorarlo sempre più. Mettono a disposizione degli ospiti alcune mountain-bike e la loro piscina che è una piccola terrazza da cui ammirare la vallata sottostante. Vi è anche un piccolo parco giochi per i bambini ed il parcheggio auto. Velio nutre un forte amore per gli animali, in particolar modo per cani, gatti e cavalli: tutti presenti in azienda. Questo suo amore lo ha portato ad accettare anche famiglie che vengono in vacanze con gli animali. L'unica cosa che Velio desidera è che non vengano lasciati i cani soli in casa mentre gli ospiti sono via. Il proprietario, sua moglie, i due bambini piccoli e gli anziani genitori vivono al primo piano. Velio rispetta molto la privacy dei suoi ospiti e, qualora ve ne fosse bisogno, sarà sempre pronto ad aiutarli. Passiamo adesso a descrivere le tre abitazioni ubicate a piano terra.

Il Papavero E' l'abitazione più grande ed è posta sulla sinistra. Ha due ingressi: uno di fronte all'ingresso della proprietà e l'altro sotto il porticato. Dall'ingresso principale si accede al soggiorno munito di un angolo cottura finemente arredato ma senza forno. L'angolo cottura ed il soggiorno sono caratterizzati da un impiantito in cotto a cera. Dal soggiorno dove sono presenti camino, tavolo da pranzo e divano, si può accedere al porticato ed al giardino recintato. Un corridoio conduce ad una camera matrimoniale con un letto alla francese, al bagno con vasca, ad una camera con due letti singoli ed alla camera matrimoniale munita di bagno con doccia al suo interno. Possiamo dire che "Il Papavero" è l'abitazione ideale per 5 adulti ed uno o due bambini non più grandi di 12 anni.

Per entrambi gli appartamenti viene messa a disposizione dei clienti la lavatrice usufruibile al costo di €3,00 a lavaggio. Il Cherzo è senz'altro un luogo dove rilassarvi ed apprezzare la campagna toscana. Siamo sicuri che vi farete ritorno.

If you desire the same things, come and spend your holidays here, you will not regret it. Velio's farmhouse is only 1,5 km from the famous Porrona Castle. Shops, bars, restaurants and a chemist's are in the small village of Cinigiano, which is only 5 km from. "il Cherzo", while Siena, Montalcino and the seaside are about 45 km away. Velio and his wife love their farmhouse a lot and try to improve it every year. They let guests use some mountain bikes and their swimming pool, which is a small terrace with a beautiful view on the valley below. There is also a small children playground and a parking area. Velio adores animals, especially pets and horses, and has got lots of them. Therefore, he is ready to accept also families with pets, but recommends guests not to leave their dogs alone in the house while they are away. Velio lives on the first floor, together with his wife, his two little children and his old parents. He respects his guests' privacy and, in case of need, he will be very happy to help everyone. These are the flats on the ground floor.

Il Papavero This is the largest flat and is on the left. It has got two entrances: one in front of the property entrance, and the other under the porch. From the main entrance you get into the living room, with a finely furnished built in kitchen (with no oven), a fireplace, a sofa and a dining table. This room has got a waxed terracotta-tiled floor. The living room opens onto the porch and the fenced garden. A corridor leads to a double bedroom with a French bed, to the bathroom with a tub, to a bedroom with two twin beds and to the double bedroom which has got a bathroom with a shower. "Il Papavero" is suitable for 5 adults with one or two children under the age of 12.

All the guests can use a washing machine by paying € 3.00 for each laundry. "Il Cherzo" is a place where you can relax while enjoying the beautiful Tuscan countryside. We are positive that you will come back here a second time!

Sein einziger Wunsch ist, dass Hunde nicht allein in der Wohnung gelassen werden während die Gäste weg sind. Der Besitzer, seine Frau, die zwei kleinen Kinder und die Großeltern leben im ersten Stock. Velio respektiert die Ruhe seiner Gäste sehr und, wenn Sie ihn brauchen, wird er immer da sein um Ihnen zu helfen.
Gehen wir jetzt zur Beschreibung der drei Wohnungen im Erdgeschoss über:

Il Papavero Es handelt sich um die größere Wohnung auf der Linken. Sie hat zwei Eingänge: Einen gegenüber dem Eingang der Besitzer und der andere unter der überdachten Terrasse. Vom Haupteingang kommt man ins Wohnzimmer mit einer Kochnische ausgerüstet, aber ohne Ofen. Die Kochnische und das Wohnzimmer zeichnen sich durch einen gewachsten Cotto-Boden aus. Vom Wohnzimmer, wo es einen Kamin, einen Esstisch und ein Sofa gibt, gelangt man zur überdachten Terrasse und zum eingezäunten Garten. Ein Flur führt zu einem Schlafzimmer mit einem französischen Bett, zu einem Bad mit Wanne, zu einem Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und zu einem Schlafzimmer mit Bad mit Dusche. Man kann sagen, dass "Il Papavero" die ideale Unterkunft für 5 Erwachsene und ein oder zwei Kinder nicht älter als 12 Jahre ist.

Für beide Apartments steht den Gästen eine Waschmaschine für €3,00 pro Wäsche zur Verfügung. Il Cherzo ist ohne Zweifel ein Ort, wo man entspannen und die Landschaft der Toskana genießen kann. Wir sind sicher, dass Sie wieder kommen werden.
