Case Rosa Acacia

Il proprietario ha deciso di mettere a disposizione dei suoi ospiti anche una piccola costruzione di circa 45 m².
Si tratta di una piccolo monolocale ubicato vicino all’abitazione del proprietario con bagno, angolo cottura, camino, aria condizionata, 2 divani letto.
Qualora gli ospiti volessero dormire non sul divano letto matrimoniale ma su un letto matrimoniale vero e proprio, non sarà affatto un problema per il proprietario provvedere a montarlo prima del loro arrivo. L’abitazione è ideale per una famiglia con non più di un bambino.
Per il 2007 verrà affittato così come si può vedere dalle foto. Gli ospiti beneficeranno di un tavolo da giardino munito di ombrellone.
Per la stagione 2008 il monolocale subirà una sostanziale ristrutturazione: verrà creato un tramezzo per dividere il soggiorno con angolo cottura dalla camera (dunque il bagno rimarrà accessibile dalla camera), verrà realizzato un porticato ed anche una recinzione per rendere indipendente la struttura dalle altre abitazioni.
Come per tutti gli altri ospiti di “Case Rosa”, anche per i clienti di “Acacia” viene consentito libero accesso alla piscina.

The owner has decided to place also a small building, of about 45 sq m, at the guests’ disposal.
It is a small one-room flat near the owner’s house with a bathroom, a cooking area, a fireplace, air conditioning and two sofa beds.
If the guests do not want to sleep on the double sofa bed but on a real double bed, the owner can easily put one in the flat, without any problems, before their arrival. The flat is suitable for a family with only one child.
This year the flat will be rented as from pictures. The guests will have a garden table with a beach umbrella.
In 2008 the one-room flat will be totally refurbished: a partition wall will be built up to separate the living room with a cooking area from the bedroom (therefore guests will be able to have access to the bathroom from the bedroom). A porch will be built and also a fence to isolate the flat from the other buildings.
The “Acacia” guests will be able to use the swimming pool like all the other guests of “Case Rosa”.

Der Besitzer hat beschlossen, seinen Gästen eine kleine Wohnung von 45 qm zur Verfügung zu stellen. Es handelt sich um eine Einzimmerwohnung, die in der Nähe der Wohnung des Besitzers liegt. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Bad, eine Kochecke, einen Kamin, Klimaanlage und 2 Schlafsofas.
Wenn die Gäste allerdings lieber auf einem richtigen Doppelbett schlafen möchten, dann wird der Besitzer vor ihrer Ankunft gerne eines aufstellen. Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine Familie mit nicht mehr als einem Kind. Im Jahr 2007 wird sie so vermietet, wie sie auf den Photos zu sehen ist.
Im Jahr 2008 wird sie umgebaut und das Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke wird vom Schlafzimmer durch eine Wand abgetrennt werden (das Bad wird vom Schlafzimmer aus erreichbar sein). Dazu wird eine überdachte Terrasse angebaut und ein Zaun aufgestellt werden, um die Wohnung unabhängig von den anderen Häusern zu machen. Der Pool steht auch für die Gäste von „Acacia“ sowie für die von „Case Rosa“ zur Verfügung.
