A soli 2,5 km da Montepulciano, immerso in uno splendido panorama di ulivi e vigneti, è ubicato questo piccolo gioiello del Rinascimento.
Il casale, ristrutturato nel 2004, conserva ancora oggi il fascino e le caratteristiche di un’antica casa colonica con i pavimenti in cotto e soffitti con travi in legno.
Facilmente raggiungibile  per mezzo di una strada asfaltata, poco transitata, che si trova a pochi metri dalla proprietà, è un ottima sistemazione per i turisti desiderosi di visitare Pienza (16km), S. Quirico d’Orcia (25km), Lucignano (25km), Rapolano Terme (40km), Castiglione del Lago (22km).
In mezzo all’oliveto si trova la piscina (12x6m) con una profondità che varia da 1,2m a 1,6m.
La struttura è stata suddivisa in quattro appartamenti, tutti con ingresso indipendente, ed una camera doppia. E’ ideale anche per gruppi di amici: prenotando tutta la struttura si beneficia di uno sconto del 7%.

Appartamento FLAT 1
Per mezzo di una piccola rampa e dopo aver salito pochi scalini si accede al loggiato munito di tavolo e sedie dove poter comodamente fare colazione o cenare la sera. Dal loggiato si entra nel soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, forno, fornelli a gas, frigorifero con congelatore. Dal soggiorno, per mezzo di un corridoio, si accede al bagno con doccia e alla camera da letto matrimoniale.

Appartamento FLAT 2
Si trova a destra rispetto all’appartamento “1” ed è l’appartamento più vicino al cancello d’ingresso della proprietà.
Dispone di un soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, forno, fornelli a gas, frigorifero con congelatore. Dal soggiorno, per mezzo di un corridoio, si accede ai due bagni con doccia ed alle due camere da letto matrimoniali.

“Camera”
Poco distante dall’ingresso dell’appartamento “2” si trova l’ingresso della camera matrimoniale con all’interno un bagno con doccia che viene affittata a notti.

Appartamento FLAT 3/4
Questo appartamento si trova dalla parte opposta e sotto agli altri due appartamenti poc’anzi descritti. Una siepe di piante di alloro tutela la privacy degli ospiti che lo occupano. In realtà si tratta di due appartamenti uniti fra di loro da una porta. L’appartamento “3/4” dispone di un soggiorno con angolo cottura, di due camere da letto matrimoniali, di due bagni con doccia (uno raggiungibile scendendo due scalini) e un altro angolo cottura. Il giardino che si trova fra la siepe di allori e l’ingresso dell’appartamento in questione è riservato ai soli clienti che lo occupano.

Appartamento FLAT 5
E’ ubicato più a sinistra e dietro l’angolo rispetto all’ingresso dell’appartamento “3/4”. L’appartamento dispone di un soggiorno con angolo cottura, di due bagni con doccia e di due camere matrimoniali.

Gli ospiti potranno degustare ed acquistare l’olio extra vergine di Oliva ed il vino nobile prodotti dai proprietari.

The farmhouse, refurbished in 2004, still preserves the fascination and characteristics of an old farmhouse, with terracotta tiles on the floor and wooden-beam ceilings.

The house is easily reachable by means of an asphalt road, where there is scarce traffic, and which is only a few metres from the property,  and is the ideal place for people who want to visit Pienza (16km), S. Quirico d’Orcia (25km), Lucignano (25km), Rapolano Terme (40km) and Castiglione del Lago (22km).

The swimming pool (12x6m) is amid the olive yard. Its depth goes from 1.2 to 1.6m.

The farmhouse is divided into four flats, all with its own entrance and a double bedroom. It’s ideal for groups of friends : by renting the whole place you can get a 7% discount.

Flat 1 By walking up a short flight of stairs, you get to the portico which has a table with chairs and where you can take your meals. From the portico, you can get to the living room. In this room there is a double sofa bed, a cooking area with an oven, a gas stove, and a fridge with a freezer. From the living room, by means of a corridor, you can get to the bathroom with a shower and to the double bedroom.

Flat 2 This flat is  to the left of Flat”1” and the nearest one to the property entrance gate.
It has a living room with a double sofa bed, a cooking area with an oven, a gas stove, and a fridge with a freezer.  From the living room, by means of a corridor, you can get to the two bathrooms with a shower  and to the two double bedrooms.

 “Bedroom” Not far from the entrance to Flat “2”, there is the door of the  en suite  double bedroom (with a shower) which is rented on a night basis.

Flat 3/4 This flat s at the back and below the  flats that have just been described. A laurel  hedge protects these two flats and the privacy of their guests. Actually, the two flats are separated by a door. Flat ”3/4” has a living room with a cooking area, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower (one of which is reachable by going down two stairs) and another cooking area. The garden – which is between the laurel hedge and the entrance to Flat “3/4”, is reserved to the flat guests.

Flat 5 This flat is to the left and around the corner as regards Flat “3/4”. It has a living room with a cooking area, two bathrooms with a shower and two double bedrooms.

 Guests will be able to taste and buy the extra-virgin olive oil and the noble wine produced by the owners.

Pets are not welcome.

Es ist leicht auf einer asphaltierten und wenig befahrenen Strasse erreichbar. Von hier aus erreichen interessierte Touristen auch Pienza (16km), S. Quirico d’Orcia (25km), Lucignano (25km), Rapolano Terme (40km) und Castigliano del Lago (22km).
Mitten im Olivenhain befindet sich das Schwimmbad (12x6m) mit einer variablen Tiefe von
1,2m bis 1,6m.
Das Haus wurde in 4 Wohnungen unterteilt, alle mit eigenem Eingang und einem Doppel- Zimmer. Ideal auch für eine Gruppe von Freunden, die wenn sie das ganze Anwesen mieten von einem Skonto von 7% profitieren.

Wohnung FLAT 1
Ueber eine kleine Rampe und einer kleinen Treppe kommt man in einen Wohnraum mit Tisch und Stühlen wo man gemütlich essen kann. Weiter gelangt man in einen Raum mit einem Doppel-Sofabett, Kochecke, Backofen, Gas-Kochplatten und einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrier fach. Ueber einen kleinen Gang kommt man zur Dusche und in ein Doppelschlafzimmer.

Wohnung FLAT 2
Liegt rechts neben Wohnung 1 und ist am nächsten vom Eingangstor der Liegenschaft. Hat ebenfalls einen Raum mit Doppel-Sofabett, Kochecke, Backofen, Gas-Kochplatten und einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Durch einen Gang kommt man zu zwei Doppelzimmern mit je einer Dusche.

Zimmer
Nahe der Wohnung 2 liegt ein Doppelschlafzimmer mit integrierter Dusche, das pro Nacht gemietet werden kann.

Wohnung FLAT 3/4
Diese zwei Wohnungen liegen unter den beiden obgenannten Wohnungen und sind durch eine Tür miteinander verbunden. Die Privatsphäre der Mieter wird durch eine Wand von Loorbeerpflanzen geschützt. Diese Wohnung hat einen Wohnraum mit Kochnische, zwei Doppelschlafzimmer, zwei Duschen (eine davon eine kleine Treppe nach unten) und noch eine Kochnische. Der Garten von diesem Haus ist nur für dessen Gäste reserviert.

Wohnung FLAT 5
Diese Wohnung liegt links hinter der Ecke von Wohnung 3 / 4. Sie hat einen Wohnraum  mit Kochnische, zwei Duschen und zwei Doppelschlafzimmer.

Die Gäste können den Wein und das Olivenöl extra vergine von den Besitzern probieren und kaufen.
Tiere sind nicht erlaubt.
